DISC are styles of interpersonal behavior prepared on the basis of surveys done by american psychologist William Marston (1893-1947). As the studies proved similar styles result in similar behaviors. Intensity of them are unique to each person.
DISC provides the following information:
- How do we communicate,
- Are we able to make a decision ,
- What is the rate of our analytical skills,
- How do we react to changes ,
- What is our stress resistance rate,
- What is our working style – chaotic or organized,
- What kind of values do we bring to a team,
- What is our development field
TEAMS
shows our preferred roles played in the team, which compose the most effective team:
- Creator
- Executor
- Analyst
- Coordinator
- Strategist
The workplace
VALUES
test identifies what is important to a person at the core, the values which determine our decisions, which can be:
- Loyalty
- Independence
- Equality
- Honesty
BAI
(Behavioral Attitude Index) one’s internal motivators that influence the results:
- inner peace,
- social activism
- exertion of influence,
- Economy,
- Artistry,
- Knowledge.
