DISC are styles of interpersonal behavior prepared on the basis of surveys done by american psychologist William Marston (1893-1947). As the studies proved similar styles result in similar behaviors. Intensity of them are unique to each person.

DISC provides the following information:

  • How do we communicate,
  • Are we able to make a decision ,
  • What is the rate of our analytical skills,
  • How do we react to changes  ,
  • What is our stress resistance rate,
  • What is our working style – chaotic or organized,
  • What kind of values do we bring to a team,
  • What is our development field

TEAMS

shows our preferred roles played in the team, which compose the most effective team:
  • Creator
  • Executor
  • Analyst
  • Coordinator
  • Strategist
The workplace

VALUES

test identifies what is important to a person at the core, the values which determine our decisions, which can be:
  • Loyalty
  • Independence
  • Equality
  • Honesty

BAI

(Behavioral Attitude Index) one’s internal motivators that influence the results:
  • inner peace,
  • social activism
  • exertion of influence,
  • Economy,
  • Artistry,
  • Knowledge.
